The Herder Musketier is a cost-effective mowing arm specially designed for verge maintenance. Just like Herder’s larger mowing arms, it is attached to the side of the tractor. This has the advantage that you can work ergonomically and responsibly. The Musketier has a standard arm length of 5.4 meters and 6.2 meters with an optional sliding boom.
The Musketier is particularly suitable for mowing work in road verges. A flail mower is attached to the rotatable boom assembly, which is standard equipped with a “Nivotronic” system. This advanced system ensures automatic ground tracking of the flail mower, eliminating the need for constant manual adjustments. This not only reduces the operator’s workload but also ensures a consistently high-quality mowing result.
